Instructions For Using Alli Weight Loss Aid

This post will cover:

*Using Alli vs Orlistat, the differences between the two
*Recommended dosages using the Alli weight loss aid
*Precautions for using Alli Orlistat OTC
*Alli Orlistat side effects

Orlistat is generic name for the drug Xenical. There is now an over the counter (OTC) version of Orlistat, known as the Alli weight loss aid, or Alli Orlistat. The pills works by promoting weight loss through the blocking and absorption of fat in food. Using the Alli weight loss aid is reported to block approximately 25% of the fat in food. The unabsorbed fat is then excreted in bowel movements. The FDA approved Orlistat by prescription in 1999. Using Alli OTC as a weight loss aid, the lower dose version of Orlistat, was approved without a prescription in 2007. Th Alli Orlistat weight loss aid is now one of the fastest growing and most sought after diet pills. The most common and most effective dosage is Alli Orlistat 60mg weight loss aid. Alli Orlistat capsules or tablets are taken three times per day. Using Alli Orlistat weight loss aid works best with a low calorie, reduced fat diet. The Alli diet for weight loss includes fresh natural foods, eaten in small amounts. We also recommend reducing carbs in the evening when using Alli weight loss aid tablets or capsules.

Typical Candidates for using Alli Orlistat as a weight loss aid are considered medically "obese," or those who have lost significant amounts of weight initially, and seek to maintain the weight loss using Alli Orlistat. You can consult your physician to determine if Orlistate, or non-prescription Alli Orlistat weight loss aid is right for you.

The recommended dosage for using Alli Orlistat is 60mg three times daily. Alli Orlistat weight loss aid capsules should be taken one hour after or during a meal containing about 15 mg of fat or more. Since some vitamins bind to fat (vitamins A, D, E and beta- carotene). When Alli the weight loss aid is taken, these vitamins may not be absorbed properly. Doctors recommend using supplements with Alli in the form of a multi-vitamin that is high in these vitamins. As mentioned earlier, the Alli weight loss aid diet should contain raw natural foods, also high in these vitamins. Vitamins should be taken two hours before the Alli Oristat tablets, or several hours after taking Alli Orlistat.

Consult your physician regarding your health, and any possible drug interactions before using Alli Orlistat as a weight loss aid. Typical precautions would be for nursing mothers, women who are pregnant, or people with underling medical conditions. The Alli Orlistat weight loss aid does come with some side effects. See below:

Side Effects of Using Alli Orlistat

The most common side effects of using the Alli Orlistat weight loss aid are oily spotting on underwear, as well as flatulence, urgent bowel movements and soft or oily stools. Increased bowel movements may also be noticed this weight loss aid. In some cases, side effects may include abdominal pain or discomfort, with inability to control stools (incontinence). Only about 1 in 100 patients will notice such side effects, and if symptoms or side effects appear, they will usually be noticed in the first few months of taking the medication. To reduce side effects, low fat diets are recommended while taking the Alli Orlistat weight loss aid.
